At the initial visit, colors and techniques are discussed as you peruse Vicki's portfolio and samples, and measurements are taken. After discussing and deciding the colors and finishes you are interested in for your home, Vicki will spend time in her studio creating specific and unique samples to assist you with envisioning the new look for your room.
There is a small fee for the samples, but this is deducted from the cost of the job should you decide to use us to transform your home.
Once a work date is chosen and agreed upon, a 30% deposit is required to lock that date into the calendar and the transformation can begin in earnest.
To give you an idea on what transforming your home by using faux techniques might cost, it is comparable to the application of a fine wallpaper, but without the seams and curled edges that even the best wallpaper can give you. AND most faux techniques are very easy to maintain, requiring little in the way of upkeep. Faux techniques done in high water areas, such as kitchens and baths can be protected with new topcoats that can be cleaned with a damp sponge. Faux finishes also offer you a multi dimensional look that is smooth to the touch. You keep the costs down and your future options open.
Each finish is also uniquely yours, with no two finishes ever being exactly alike. Feel confident that you will not discover the same exact looking finish in your neighbor's home!
